A jewel of a studio set in the heart of the Mission. Join us for donation-based classes Monday-Friday, 6:00-7:30. Why is the schedule so limited? This location is the heart of our many teacher trainings and workshops. The best teachers from Yoga Tree and around the world join us here to share their knowledge with our beautiful community. And all are welcome from beginners to yoga to seasoned yogis.
The warm and inviting studio is energized by the beautiful yantras, statues and crystals that surround the space. There is also a back room for rest and relaxation, and a sunny deck where lunch can be enjoyed during long training days. We look forward to welcoming you.

Marisha Doan found the nourishing practice of yoga 13 years ago and quickly discovered it to be the missing link to physical strength, power and grace as well as clarity of mind, health and healing. Her classes focus on breath work to connect the body, mind and spirit, challenging and sustained asana to develop stamina and stability, and attention to sensory perception to bring the whole self into the present moment. She also loves to bring the fire and thrill of deep abdominal work, arm balances and inversions to the practice to help her students extend their edges.
Marisha is certified RYT 200 with training from Ana Forrest through the Forrest Yoga Foundation Training and the Samadhi Yoga Center in Seattle, WA, under the guidance of Kathleen Hunt. In addition she has completed 2 years in the Forrest Yoga Mentorship Program with Forrest Yoga Guardian Colleen Millen. Marisha has also assisted inspirational yoga teachers such as Ana Forrest, Les Leventhal, Howard Cohn, and Kristin Lovelace. www.marishadoan.com

Born in San Francisco, Yoga Teacher, Tony Eason has been a student of Yoga for eighteen years.
As a road cyclist, Tony came to yoga for the benefits of stretching. For five years he studied under Yoga Teacher Mary Friedland. He is a graduate of the Two-year Advanced Teacher Training Program of the Iyengar Yoga Institute of San Francisco. He apprenticed under Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher, Janet MacLeod.
His classes are based on proper alignment. Through Hatha yoga classes, he teaches students to pay attention to the alignment of their bodies, to become aware of the breath, and to control the mind.
