A jewel of a studio set in the heart of the Mission. Join us for donation-based classes Monday-Friday, 6:00-7:30. Why is the schedule so limited? This location is the heart of our many teacher trainings and workshops. The best teachers from Yoga Tree and around the world join us here to share their knowledge with our beautiful community. And all are welcome from beginners to yoga to seasoned yogis.
The warm and inviting studio is energized by the beautiful yantras, statues and crystals that surround the space. There is also a back room for rest and relaxation, and a sunny deck where lunch can be enjoyed during long training days. We look forward to welcoming you.
