Jeff Brown
It is Jeff's goal as a massage therapist, to find a comfortable balance between relaxation and effective therapeutic work. He has found that effective work generally feels good, and he believes that taking care of oneself should be an overall enjoyable and enriching process. Jeff feels certain that active participation from both the client and the therapist is essential for progress and growth to take place.
Jeff's experiences helping people manage Multiple Scilosis taught him to be curious and listen carefully in order to provide the best possible care. In the field of massage and theraputic bodywork there are a vast number of modalities and techniques to employ. He finds that half of the work is discerning what will attend to the immediate and long-term needs of the whole person, and then remain open for intuition and feedback to guide the way.
Jeff says, "I feel fortunate to be able to provide for others. It's something that continues to interest and inspire me beyond my work as a massage therapist and into my daily life."
