Following is a line-up of just a few upcoming trainings to sink your teeth into. InnerYoga Teacher Training with Dina Amsterdam starts in January and runs through June for one weekend a month. The training is a 6 month immersion for those who wish to bring a deep focus to their practice. The experience will serve as a potent foundation to become a yoga teacher or to simply take your yogic capacity to a much deeper level. This immersion into personal practice is the first 100 hours of the InnerYoga 200 hour Teacher Training Program (Yoga Alliance Certified). It is a pre-requisite for the 2nd 100 hours (2012 dates TBD) which will develop your teaching skills and knowledge. Or are you interested in deepening your practice or even serious about becoming a teacher? Yoga Tree offers two 200-Hour Yoga Alliance Certified Trainings starting in January and February 2012.
