What’s the best holiday gift you can give yourself or someone else? Yoga. It’s that simple. Green, good for you, no dead trees and it makes you feel great! Following is a line-up of just a few upcoming trainings to sink your teeth into. InnerYoga Teacher Training with Dina Amsterdam starts in January and runs through June for one weekend a month. The training is a 6 month immersion for those who wish to bring a deep focus to their practice. The experience will serve as a potent foundation to become a yoga teacher or to simply take your yogic capacity to a much deeper level. This immersion into personal practice is the first 100 hours of the InnerYoga 200 hour Teacher Training Program (Yoga Alliance Certified). It is a pre-requisite for the 2nd 100 hours (2012 dates TBD) which will develop your teaching skills and knowledge. Or are you interested in deepening your practice or even serious about becoming a teacher? Yoga Tree offers two 200-Hour Yoga Alliance Certified Trainings starting in January and February 2012. The trainings are taught by Yoga Tree teachers Darren Main, Harvey Deutch, Chrisandra Fox, Pete Guinosso, Jane Autin, Pedro Franco, Darcy Lyon, and more! Learn alignment,  assisting, vinyasa and sequencing, philosophy, methodology, restorative yoga, anatomy, prenatal yoga and philosophy  from some of the best teachers in the country. Moving along there is also an Anusara Yoga Teacher Training (Level 1) with Sianna Sherman, from February 13 – 17, 2012; Join Sianna for a most inspiring week, of learning how to teach Anusara Yoga. This powerful training will cover the basics of teaching: Verbal skills, adjustments, class themes, intelligent sequencing, demonstration techniques, therapeutics and much more!
