Anusara Immersion
with Stacey Rosenberg and Darcy Lyon
Step into the currents of grace and take a journey to the depths of your body, mind and spirit. The heart of Anusara yoga is a perfect balance between three elements: community, philosophy and elegant principles of alignment. The Annusara Immersion at the Yoga Tree is designed to carry you straight into this heart and steep in the wisdom of the tradition. The life affirming teachings of Anusara Yoga seek to empower those who wish to align more fully with their heart’s desire. It is a path that invites us to discover and become who we truly are. Darcy Lyon and Stacey Rosenberg are both Certified Anusara Teachers who each bring more than a decade of study into this rich, complex and transformative journey. Whether you are looking to deepen your understanding of yoga, explore the path of teaching, or already a seasoned teacher enriching your journey, the Immersion is a powerful stepping-stone supporting your path.

Would you like to serve your students opening in their body, mind and heart!? The vast richness of yoga can seem intimidating when we first step into the journey of teaching. However, the Anusara immersion supports clear understanding of how to use the power of yoga’s philosophy, asana practice, meditation and healing components. This 100-hour training blends a multi-faceted curriculum with close, intimate connections with like-minded yogi’s who learn in a circle of friendship and deepening studentship.

Rolling Enrollment
Prerequisite
No formal experience is required to enroll in the Yoga Tree Teacher Training program. However, we do recommend that you have had at least one year of regular practice prior to the start of the course, and 30 hours or certification or 3 months of Anusara Yoga. Participating in this training will be a profound experience, taking you to places in your body and mind that you never thought possible.
A flexible body free of injuries is NOT a requirement for this training. In fact, WE ENCOURAGE people with all body types and those with physical challenges to consider this program. At its heart, yoga is a practice of meeting the body where it is, and then working with the body to slowly and respectfully move deeper. The struggles and challenges you will face through the course of this training will only make you a better teacher. If you are waiting for the day when you can finally get your foot behind your head, to become a teacher or commit to take your practice to the next level, you may be denying yourself the opportunity of a lifetime.
