Jamie began teaching Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga in 1996, and later spent two years in the Advanced Studies Program at the Iyengar Yoga Institute of San Francisco. His classes use the breath and movement principles of Ashtanga Vinyasa fused with the intense attention to anatomical alignment and careful sequencing characteristic of Iyengar-style Hatha Yoga.
