Growing up on an organic farm in East Texas, KK has been involved in Earth-based Spirituality and meditative practices since childhood. Her deep connection with Nature and comfort with the Feminine Divine mysteries, Shakta Tantrism, and Herbalism infuses her teachings. She began studying intensively with her teacher John Friend and teaching Anusara Yoga in 1998. She has over 15 years of study and practice of the yogic arts and philosophies. A Certified Anusara Teacher, KK's classes are poetic and powerful, inviting authentic embodiment and radiant expression of wild wisdom.
