Kyle’s classes are friendly, supportive, opening, strengthening and grounding. As a longtime runner, her experience shows that you don’t have to be flexible to do or start practicing yoga. As a result of practicing, she believes we can all gain or better our ability to become present and remain present to our own internal experience, in addition to the physical benefits.
Kyle began practicing yoga regularly in 2010; and in 2012, began to teach primarily Hatha Flow and Gentle classes at studios around town, at the YMCA and at Glide Memorial. After the birth of her daughter in 2014, Kyle shifted her focus to Prenatal and Postnatal yoga to support women through the challenges and joys of pregnancy, labor, birth and early motherhood.
In addition to mentoring with and assisting Chrisandra Fox-Walker for a year, Kyle has studied Vinyasa with Jason Crandell, Pre/Postnatal yoga with Jane Austin and is further inspired by Dina Amsterdam’s Inner Yoga. She is certified through Yoga Tree.
