After years of training and practicing as a competitive athlete, Lexi finally found herself on a yoga mat, burnt out and thirsty for a practice with more meaning. She quickly noticed how her mind, body and heart began to open and manifest.
Originally trained in the Ashtanga style yoga in 2002, Lexi has continued her education with teachers such as Judith Hanson Lasater, David Swenson, Shiva Rea and Stephanie Snyder. She also completed Jane Austin's pre-natal teacher training during the summer of 2006.

Lexi aims to provide a warm and intelligent space for people to move deeper into the wisdom of their own bodies. She is currently studying Integral counseling Psychology at the California Institute of Integral Studies and looks forward to becoming a bigger part of the kula at The Yoga Tree through her prenatal classes.
