Mark has been practicing a fluid, energized mix of vinyasa and ashtanga yoga for nearly 10 years. He's been blessed to study with a wonderful variety of powerful, funny and generous teachers, most notably Bea 'Pretzel' France, the extraordinary Rusty Wells, and the radiant Janet Stone. His classes are an athletic, challenging blend of focused breath and strength-building movement designed to invigorate the body, soothe the frenzied urban mind and bring you more fully into the present moment, all while helping you discover (or better yet, remember) a deeper, more profound notion of Self, one that will doubtlessly enjoy more of your divinely personal attention.
