Michelle Duguay, RYT500 a lifelong yogi, dedicated practitioner since 1989 and teaching for over twelve years, her experience with natural-holistic healing spans some three decades. Inspired and strongly informed by Ayurvedic and Yogic studies with Dr. Scott Blossom, Michelle guides a beautiful and trans-formative, dance-like flow yoga. Her years of practice in traditional Hatha yoga in the Bihar lineage, Therapeutic & Energetic Healing and meditation, with early training in movement arts and athletics, and studies in philosophy, Buddhism, and shamanic practices, infuse her teaching.
Michelle teaches public and private classes, workshops & retreats throughout North America, which includes Restorative Yoga for the Stanford Hospital’s Cancer Center and the CalCancer Center in San Mateo. Michelle’s hands-on work in groups and private one-on-ones is highly regarded, and addresses individual and specific health conditions & special needs.
