The journey to becoming an Anusara Yoga teacher is one of transformation and self-discovery.  It is for those who have dedicated themselves to the study and practice of Anusara® Yoga. The Art of Teaching Anusara® Yoga brings together essential teaching techniques to step into your own greatness while learning to support others to step into theirs.
