CULTIVATING LIGHTNESS: A MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND YOGA RETREAT
With Karen Macklin & Meredith Klein
May 24 – 27, 2013
Tara Bella Villa, Glen Ellen, Sonoma
THIS RETREAT IS SOLD OUT!
Yoga traditions vary, but the one principle that is essential to any yoga path or practice is vairagya, or non-attachment. That’s because we need to be able to let go in order to truly be free. As summer approaches, the added light and warmth makes it easier to liberate ourselves of the material and emotional attachments that are no longer serving us. Join us on this amazing 3-day retreat, in which we’ll utilize yogic techniques and philosophy, mindful eating, and sacred ritual to let go of the past and cultivate an experience of lightness in the mind and the body!
