Each day, we will share a rhythm of deep yoga and meditative practices, delicious and nourishing meals and connection to nature in a supportive community. You can explore hiking trails that wind through chaparral, fragrant bay and madrone forests, have a massage and soak in the hot tub beneath the stars. Manifest your intentions for the new year in the cradle of nature, with ample time for relaxation and renewal.
The daily rhythm of yoga and meditation practices with Chrisandra Fox Walker will help you cultivate clarity and courage to manifest your highest intentions in the New Year. Each class will be accompanied by the live, acoustic music of Todd Robbins who brings healing through sound and chant and will offer bodywork by appointment. This retreat is open to all levels of practitioners and is family-friendly. To support a relaxing atmosphere, there will be no children in yoga classes or in any areas where meditative practices are occurring. We require that children be with a designated caregiver at all times.

Chrisandra Fox Walker weaves time-honored practices of yoga with modern technologies that rewire and renew the brain, body, and heart. Since 1996 Chrisandra has studied with world-renowned masters and teachers in hatha yoga, Tantra and Ayurveda. She currently studies ParaYoga with Yogarupa Rod Stryker and attends the California College of Ayurveda. She is the mother of two little ones..
