Originally from Japan, Ai is a scientist, a wellness coach, and a mother of two. She provides a unique perspective in her teaching, making yoga more accessible to those who have busy lives. With over a decade of teaching experience, Ai integrates various traditional styles of yoga to construct a well-sequenced flowing class cultivating receptivity and strength. She provides a safe space for students to expand their boundaries within a supportive and empowering atmosphere.
