In Studio, Vinyasa Flow
Alyssa aims to help students let go of their distractions and doubts. She challenges them physically and mentally, maintains a constant awareness of breath, and keeps the attitude playful. Alyssa will often incorporate teachings from the Sutras or the Gita throughout the asana practice to offer a well-rounded physical and spiritual experience. Ultimately, she hopes to provide practitioners with more than just a sense of being calm and strong while they are in class. She wants them to understand that they are capable of finding these feelings by applying what we do on the mat to their lives off the mat.
