Bryant Chu was first introduced to yoga in the early 2000s after experiencing athletic injuries. Since that time he has discovered the many therapeutic benefits to a yoga asana practice. Bryant leads a heartfelt and challenging class with fluid sequencing, an attention to alignment and adjustments. The yoga community and philosophical framework of practice continue to drive Bryant to remain an avid student and vigorously explore further into the facets of his life. In his free time, Bryant also leads community groups focusing on Karma Yoga practices - service to others. He has a belief that if you support and grow your community, it will ultimately enrich your own life.
