Through his exploration of yoga, John Paul has been able to live life with more joy, ease, and conviction. He believes anyone can use the mind, body, and breath to access these inner resources, and he hopes that with time and practice, students will have an overall greater sense of well-being.John Paul has studied yoga since 2005 and completed his first 200-hour training in 2009 at Yoga Tree in San Francisco. Since then he has completed his RYT-500 certification with a focus on the healing aspects of yoga. He is especially grateful for the transformative experience of studying InnerYoga with Dina Amsterdam. In 2014 he had the opportunity to spend four months in India traveling and studying spiritual traditions and began teaching more extensively upon his return. He is dedicated to his practice and enjoys studying with senior teachers as well as learning from students.
