Julie teaches Vinyasa flow classes that develop strength and flexibility. She provides students encouragement to find the connection in their breath to be present with their mind and body. She welcomes students of all levels to explore their own boundaries and experience what yoga can offer to them. A practitioner of yoga since 2000, one day Julie realized that she found her passion. While working in the corporate world, yoga enabled her to maintain a balance of joy and discipline and it allowed her to find her inner giggle during personal challenges. She wants to share what she loves and what heals and nurtures her body and soul with others. Julie completed the 200-hour teaching certification with Les Leventhal and Destiny Goldsberry and has completed Jane Austin’s Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training. Julie has continued to grow as a student and teacher by exploring different styles of yoga and by working with Les Leventhal and Sean Haleen.
