Korie teaches creative and dynamic Vinyasa style yoga. She offers a pace that is doable for all levels. She encourages students to create SPACE for themselves to explore their edge and at the same time honor their reality, and have fun! <p>She believes that through conscious movement and breath we expand our sense of who we are and what it means to be alive. We clear out old stagnant energy that collects in our bodies so that new SPACE is created to feel, listen, and see more clearly. Ultimately, we remember who we truly are and what we LOVE! All through conscious breath and movement. <p>Korie has a background in dance and gymnastics and has been practicing yoga for over 15 years. She completed her first Teacher Training in 2010. Both 200-hour and 500-hour TT completed at Yoga Tree San Francisco. She has mentored with Kerri Kelly and Jason Crandell and continues her journey as a student dropping into workshops, teacher trainings, online courses, and travel.
