Korie is inspired by functional intelligent movement as a way to reset and return to optimal health and freedom. You can expect mobility, strength, and balance adventures in her classes. With a background in dance and gymnastics, Korie is also inspired by creative and dynamic movement. Her teaching style reflects her love for exploring these qualities. She believes that through conscious movement and breath, we build new movement patterns and neural pathways expanding our sense of who we are and what it means to be alive, ultimately connecting back to the intelligence of the heart and elevating our lives.Korie completed her first teacher training in 2010. Both 200-hour and 500-hour TT were completed at Yoga Tree San Francisco. She has mentored with Kerri Kelly and Jason Crandell and continues her journey as a student dropping into workshops, teacher trainings, online courses, and travel.
