Lesa has long standing practices of various styles of yoga, qigong, tai chi, and Shaolin kung fu. She has studied with Dina Amsterdam for several years and is excited to share the InnerYoga approach, which is an on-going source of inspiration. Through our practice, we bring awareness to the wholeness of our being and cultivate an integrated sense of self. The long held passive yin poses, breath work and attention to our inner landscape awaken our connection to the energy flows that support harmony and balance. The practice supports us in bringing kindness and ease toward ourselves and to all that arises as we meet life’s challenges and opportunities. Classes are accessible and beneficial to all levels of practitioners.
