Suzannah Cowell has been practicing various forms of yoga, tai chi, and meditation since 1998. She has studied extensively with Dina Amsterdam over the last several years and has completed requirements for Yoga Tree's 500-hour program. Suzannah is excited to be a part of the growing InnerYoga community, which has been an ongoing source of inspiration. She believes that the deeply nourishing, long held, passive poses, mindful movement, and breathing practices experienced in InnerYoga help us to cultivate a greater capacity for compassion, kindness, and ease toward ourselves and toward all that arises in our daily lives.
