Restorative yoga acts as a tonic for whatever ails us, bringing the body and mind into a state of deep relaxation where true healing can occur. In this deeply restful workshop we will utilize well placed bolsters, blankets, blocks, and other supportive props to provide restoration for tired bodies and busy minds.

Pure sound and vibration enables us to easily relax and let go, allowing us to drop into a deeper state of tranquility, stillness and peace. Cindy will use Acutonics Tuning Forks, Himalayan and Crystal bowls, and other Sound Healing instruments to deepen the effects of Restorative practice.

All levels welcome; no prior yoga experience required.

Please bring your own eye pillow. If you'd like an eye pillow, you may purchase one in our studio retail boutique.

This course qualifies for credit in the Yoga Tree Continuing Education Program.
