I love creating themed playlists for my home yoga practice. It helps to integrate the physical purpose of asana with the desired energetic effect of the postures.
This playlist is playful and works wonderfully with a heart opening practice. Slowly warm up and build some heat, and then stretch your hip flexors and do some backbends. Play around with an ambitious peak pose – perhaps full pose of a dancer or reaching new heights in wheel.
