Thank you to the yoga community for joining us for the opening party at Yoga Tree Telegraph. The party started with a free yoga class with Pete Guinosso, accompanied by Stephen Kent on the didgeridoo and drum – a great 1.5 hour class filled. Following the class Sri Acala performed a beautiful Ganesha Puja, and Ekabhumi unveiled his Peacock mural. Bright, luminescent peacock feathers adorn all 4 walls in the Peacock studio, adding a special dimension to the room.
The front room featured a Tea Lounge by Om Shan Tea, with music by Philip Steir, while the back room rocked with dancing and hooping to the sounds of DJs Ron Tofanelli, Neptune, Oshan Anand and Cheb i Sabah. A feast of delicacies was provided by Shri Cuisine and Jillian Love.
Owners Tim Dale and Tara Dale and Operations Director Yvonne Schellerup were there to welcome the community to this new studio, boasting two yoga rooms, holding 45 and 70 people. Among the many guests were Yoga Tree Teachers Ekabhumi Elik, Pedro Franco, Pete Guinosso, David Moran, Les Leventhal and Abby Tucker to name a few!
It was a night of yoga, music, devotion, love and community. Namaste.
